Christ in Me

Ezekiel 37:10-12 (Amplified Bible) So I prophesied as He commanded me, and the breath and spirit came into [the bones], and they lived and stood up upon their feet, an exceedingly great host. Then He said to me, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. Behold, they say, Our bones are dried up and our hope is lost; we are completely cut off. Therefore prophesy and say to them, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will open your graves and cause you to come up out of your graves, O My people; and I will bring you [back home] to the land of Israel.

First God challenged Ezekiel to find life, when it was clarified that the bones offered no hope or life on their own. Then God told Ezekiel to speak life into that which was dead. Ezekiel had no abilities to create life in those dry bones but God does. It was not about what Ezekiel could do, it was about what God was able to do through Ezekiel because of his obedience. God has asked each us to do task that are beyond our own abilities. We must be obedient to His calling, and remember to give God all the glory. It is not me but Christ in me. It does not matter what I see, what matters is what God said to do.
