2 Corinthians 3:16-18 (Amplified Bible) But whenever a person turns [in repentance] to the Lord, the veil is stripped off and taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (emancipation from bondage, freedom). And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit.
Dear Heavenly Father,
You came to pay the debt of sin and when we accept that payment You said You will remove our veil. Please take away our veil include the veils we have placed, strip away the things of religions that have blinded us to who You really are. Help us to see You face to face. Help us to transform our lives into Your image, cover us with the righteousness of Jesus. Open our hearts to walk in the Spirit, totally trusting You for each and every step, every breath we breathe. Be glorified through us and in us. Help us to abide in Your word, these things we ask, we need in Jesus name, amen.
